New Delhi: The delhi-NCR pollution case was heard once again in the Supreme Court on Monday. Questions and answers were also raised about the Central Vista Project of the Central Government. The apex court questioned the Central government whether work on central vista is going on even after construction was banned in Delhi.
While hearing the pollution case, the petitioner's counsel Vikas Singh questioned the Central Vista project of the central government and said all such projects should be stayed. Vikas Singh said the Central Vista Project is no more precious than people's lives. We have videos of how the dust of that project is increasing pollution. While small projects are closed. On this, the apex court said that you should not try to write an order.
We are struggling how to control air pollution, whether it is central vista or something, we don't think we know anything, we also know and SG Tushar Mehta will also have to respond in this regard. The Supreme Court said in a stern tone that they should not focus only on certain issues to divert attention. The court asked the Central government to respond today whether work on the Central Vista is going on even after the construction ban in Delhi.
