Taarak Mehta is going to have a cameo of actress Navina Bole in the serial. She plays the role of psychiatrist, who will cure Jethalal's sleep disorder. However, Navina said that she will be seen in only two-three episodes. Recently, the actress had shot for this. When asked about this, she said, "Yes I did the show. I have also worked in this show before. However, whenever I work in this serial, I become a doctor. Last time also I became a fitness coach and this time I have become a psychiatrist. It's always nice to be associated with 'Tarak Mehta'. It is a good, clean, and entertaining serial. It is also very popular and hence the show was perfect for making a comeback."

Navina was in a dilemma about shooting between corona infection because there is a small child at home. She said, "At first I was in a dilemma about the shoot because there is a small child at home. But, I had heard that the team of 'Tarak Mehta ..' is taking the utmost care and safety on the sets. At the time of my makeup, the makeup team was wearing PPE kits. Everything went very well. I shot for ten days and am fine."

Navina started her career with modeling. After this, music videos by she was also seen in many music videos of singers Jagjit Singh, Ghulam Ali, Abida Parveen. Apart from 'Ishqbaaz', Navina did many TV serials like 'Mile Jab Hum Tum', 'Yahan Mein Ghar Ghar Kheli' and 'Sajan Re Jhut Mat Bolo'.
