In the latest episode of Ishqbaaz, Shivaay makes fun of Anika and her disguise. He continues to flirt with other girls around him, which makes Anika jealous. She tells him how her attire of an old woman is making her lose confidence and she needs to believe she is still the young Anika. Shivaay doesn't take her seriously and mocks her wig, yet again.

Omkara carries Gauri in his arms and reaches the temple. While walking upstairs, Gauri asks him the reason for doing all this. Omkara tells her he still considers her his wife. Gauri doubts his intentions and says she knows that the presence of someone else in her life is making him jealous. It is not loving. She gives Shivaay and Anika's example and tells him how they never hurt each other despite the odds.

Elsewhere, Rudra tries to damage Ajay's car to stop him from getting married. Bhavya comes in a car and splashes mud on Rudra's face. This makes him furious. He yells at her, but she tells him since his moustache had come out, she didn't want to anyone to recognize him. Shivaay feels guilty of hurting Anika. Anika confides in him her insecurities about getting old. Bhavya meets Shivaay and tells him to talk to Anika about it and assure him of his love. Later, Ajay misbehaves with Gauri for taking Dilpreet's help to climb the stairs of the car.
