In the latest episode of Ishqbaaz, Anika goes to her bedroom and finds a note, which asks her to follow a light. She does so, and eventually, meets Shivaay. Shivaay tells her he cannot do anything about her past, but can certainly make up for all the goodies she missed out on at the orphanage. He draws Anika close to her and says 'I Love You'. In the next scene, the entire Oberoi family sits together to play truth and dare. While everyone is having fun, they learn how Omkara is unhappy and heartbroken.

He tells them how Gauri is now getting married to another man since he suspected her of having an affair. They all cheer him up and ask him to follow Gauri and confess his love to her. Anika, Shivaay, Bhavya and Rudra accompany him to the wedding venue for the same. Omkara can be seen as a Sikh as he goes to meet Gauri. He comes to know that Gauri is marrying Ajay for her friend's happiness. When he comes in front of Gauri, she recognizes him.
