In the latest episode of Ishqbaaz, everyone is elated to have Shivaay back. He finds Anika in the house and refuses to recognize her. He introduces the girl with him as Tania, his wife. This leaves them all shocked. He then reveals he met with an accident. Tania saved him and looked after him and that is how they fell in love. Tej, Shakti and Anika wonder what could be the reason behind Shiva's changed demeanour. Anika decides to talk to him. She goes to Shiva's room, where he is with Tania. She tries to make him recall all the moments they had spent together, but Shivaay refuses to acknowledge anything.

Anika goes back to Om, who calls the doctor. The doctor tells them Shivaay might have had a partial memory loss, which made him forget the events that occurred in the past one year. Anika doesn't believe in him and knows Shivaay is some problem. Meanwhile, it is learnt that Shivaay is doing all this on Tania's insistence who wants something from the house. He also decides to make Anika believe that he has completely forgotten her. For the same, he tears their pictures together, leaving Anika teary-eyed. The evil side of Abhay is revealed on the show as he damages the property site with a blast and gets the agreement papers signed. Elsewhere, Om is unable to make paintings for the exhibition and is threatened by the owners for the mess. Pinky gets into an argument with Jhanvi, Tej and Shakti as she rejoices over the fact that Shivaay has forgotten Anika. Later, Tej spots Abhay talking to Tania.
