AHMEDABAD: Ishrat Jahan, who was killed in a Gujarat police encounter, his mother Shamima Kausar said she would not attend further hearings. She said in a special CBI court hearing the case, "I feel helpless and hopeless after fighting a long battle of justice, I am completely broken."
