It says that the global terror organization is a group meeting/organization. Bomb at places like mass transport, religious places etc.

In fact, police had also received intelligence inputs about an alleged video message issued by the terror group Al Qaeda, specifically pointing to a call for jihad in Assam and Kashmir. Based on the input, Assam police has prepared ground source and intelligence collection machinery for all districts and "Global terrorist organizations and fundamental/fundamental" and "terrorist organizations". Radical elements have been asked to be vigilant for "thwarting any action".
