Indian Super League 2017-18 kick-off glamour of Bollywood as 'Sultan' Salman Khan along with his female co-actor Katrina Kaif graced the crowd at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. Both the actors performed separately on some of their best songs and set the stage on fire. After showcasing his dance moves, the 51-year old actor took hold of the microphone and said, "Future Hai Football".

The opening ceremony this year showcased 'Bhai' of Bollywood making a grand entry into the stadium on a bicycle, followed by hundreds of riders behind him. Salman took an entire round of the ground on his bicycle entertaining the crowd. Sachin Tendulkar, former India cricket player and co-owner of Kerala Blasters FC, actor Salman Khan, Nita Ambani, founding chairperson of Hero Indian super league, actor Katrina Kaif and actor Mammootty welcomed the fourth season of the Hero Indian Super League at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi.

Salman Khan showed some of his famous dance moves during his performance at the opening ceremony on Saturday. The lead female actor of movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ Katrina Kaif performed on the songs of her upcoming movie building up a thrilling atmosphere at the venue before the opening encounter. Mammootty presented the ball to Nita Ambani during the opening ceremony of the Indian Super League in the presence of Kerala Blasters owner Sachin Tendulkar and the team's captain Sandesh Jhingan.

Mammootty, Katrina Kaif, Nita Ambani, Salman Khan and Sachin Tendulkar shared a single frame during a selfie at the opening ceremony of the Indian Super League on Friday. Salman Khan performed on his famous tracks which included, 'Mera hai Jalwa' during the opening ceremony and entertained the crowd before the opening match of the Indian Super League.
