New Delhi: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) chief K. Sivan has said that ISRO has found out about the location of Chandrayaan 2 lander 'Vikram'. He said that Chandrayaan 2's orbiter has taken thermal pictures of lander 'Vikram' on the lunar surface. However, K Sivan has said that contact with lander 'Vikram' has not been established yet. We are trying to establish contact with Vikram Lander, contact will be established soon.

It is noteworthy that while landing 'Chandrayaan-2' Vikram Lander's, contact with the ground station was lost while landing on the moon. The contact broke when the lander was at a height of 2.1 km from the lunar surface. The process of landing the lander on the lunar surface was started at around 1:38 pm on Saturday, but the lander lost contact with the ground station at an altitude of 2.1 km while coming down on the moon.

The 'Vikram' lander successfully completed the 'rough breaking' and 'fine breaking' stages, but before the 'soft landing' it lost contact with the station on earth. After which there was a disappointment in the entire country, although now ISRO chief has said that this Vikram lander will be contacted soon.
