Her face was attacked by a dog shortly before. Sana had to undergo facial surgery during the lockdown due to injury.

Sana herself has revealed this through one of her posts on social media. On giving information about her surgery, Sana wrote, 'I have a big accident. I have undergone surgery after a dog bite on my face. I know that I have been late to tell this thing to the fans, but I was very upset by this incident. As an actor and a human being, we all love our faces a lot.' Further Sana wrote, 'For me this injury is more painful because its sign will be visible on my face throughout my life.'

She added, E" I loved animals very much, but now things have changed. After suffering the pain of surgery, I hated animals. Now I will be afraid of animals all my life. Many thanks for your prayers… Now I am recovering slowly. I will not give up in front of this surgery. I will face this pain like a fighter. A person comes to live with every suffering. I just want to keep going like this without stopping now."
