IT Raid: Nearly 5 crore cash, gold recovered from perfume dealer Mohammad Jacob's house

Lucknow: The Income Tax Department is hitting a raid after raids on the hideouts of businessman Piyush Jain in Uttar Pradesh. Now the screws of the IT department seem to be tightening on perfume trader Mohammed Jacob. The team had raided Mohammad Jacob's place IT on Friday. It is being reported that 4 to 5 crore cash and gold have been found during this period. The cash count has been completed. Bankers have gone out with a machine counting notes.
 
Tell us that the raid has been going on since Friday morning with perfume trader Mohammad Jacob. Jacob as well as his brother Mohsin, who lives in Lucknow, were visited by 4-5 income tax department officials. Mohsin lives in his cell in Hazratganj. Malik Mian, one of the largest and oldest perfume traders in Kannauj, was also raided by income tax. The Income Tax department team had also raided the hideouts of Samajwadi Party (SP) MLC Pushparaj Jain alias Pampi in Kannauj on Friday.

However, Samajwadi Party MLC Pampi Jain claims that the income tax department team has found nothing in the 27-hour investigation. Pushparaj Jain had recently launched socialist perfume for Akhilesh Yadav. Tell us that Pushparaj lives in kannauj in the same area where Piyush Jain has a ancestral residence. At the same time, both are associated with the perfume business.
