NEW DELHI: The busiest event in years is Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked, which is scheduled for July 27.

The South Korean juggernaut will also introduce the Galaxy Watch6 lineup in addition to its new tablets and foldable smartphones. There will be the announcement of Watch6 and Watch6 Classic, two new models.

The most recent development is that press images of these upcoming smartwatches have appeared online before they are officially unveiled.

There were many good things about the Galaxy Watch 5 series, but some people didn't like how the rotating bezel that controls the wearable's UI elements was eliminated. At least on the Classic model, which is making a comeback after two years, the feature is anticipated to return this year. To have the mechanically rotating bezel back will be a relief.

The Galaxy Watch6 Classic will be offered in Black and Silver colour options, according to WinFuture. Samsung might also introduce more trims after the initial launch. The rotating bezel, which will be smaller than the one on the Watch4 Classic, is also clearly visible in the renders.

The physical home and back buttons from the Watch5 Pro will remain on the wearable. Between the two buttons, there will, however, be a definite protrusion.

According to rumours, Samsung will offer the Watch6 Classic in 43mm and 47mm sizes. To distinguish it from the less expensive Watch6, the smartwatch will reportedly also be sold with a leather watch band at launch.
According to Ice Universe, the tech behemoth might give the Watch6 Classic a new 1.47-inch screen. It's also probable that the display resolution will increase.

There will be three colour options available for the entry-level Galaxy Watch6, including Gold/Beige, Silver, and Black. According to the renderings, the wearable will keep the Watch5's side buttons and visuals. Expected sizes for the smartwatch are 40mm and 44mm.

The Classic counterpart of the Galaxy Watch6 will also support 5ATM water resistance. You can anticipate an upgrade to sapphire crystal displays from them.
The two wearables are rumoured to include an Exynos W930 or W980 chip.

On July 27, the Galaxy Watch6 series is anticipated to reveal itself. The Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 will also be featured at the event, with the Galaxy Tab S9 series coming after them.
