Megan Fox, an actress, has said that being a woman is difficult, and she has urged other women to wear whatever makes them "feel good" and not to worry about what other people think.

According to Fox, "There are moments when I'm not in a mental state where I want to be exposed to or engage with the world. Style, in my opinion, is a more accurate representation of your mood than some people realise, and as a result, it changes frequently.

"Don't you feel like I change many times a day at times? That is my finest piece of advise for anyone: wear what makes you happy and don't worry about what other people think."
It's easier said than done, as the actress admits.

She stated to the press: "Obviously, that's a difficult issue for me as well, since I have body dysmorphia, which means I perceive myself differently than others do. "And the bottom truth is that being a woman is really difficult!" She said, " "And I've finally admitted to myself that being a woman is difficult! Isn't it really difficult? We are sometimes our own worst enemies, so my greatest advise is to embrace it and realise that you have the right to express yourself anyway you choose.

"Be aware of this, and then provide yourself permission to do so." Megan, on the other hand, noted that her body isn't built for certain types of clothing. "People don't realise how little I am," the 'Transformers' star stated. "So I'm either wearing extremely well-fitting things or I'm getting overwhelmed by fabric, which happens a lot."

"So if I know I'm going to be photographed, I try to wear clothes that are extremely near to my body." I'd want to put on a pair of parachute trousers, but they just don't look well on me! Only wearing tight clothing or cuts wasn't precisely an option."
