Jabalpur: Due to the lockdown, everyone is struggling with some or the other problem. The maximum impact of this has been seen on the workers. A large number of workers and their families are coming to Jabalpur by trains. On Friday, four special trains came from Pune to Jabalpur and went to Rewa. One of them reached Jabalpur at 5 o'clock in the morning, the second came from Pune at 6.30 pm, followed by two more special trains at 9 and 10 at night, in which about one thousand passengers landed on the platform of Jabalpur. The number of trains going to Bihar via Jabalpur is increasing every day, but the passengers of these trains got angry on not getting food and water and looted the food wedding machine on platform 5. During this time neither the station management nor the RPF was there.

A video of looting from a food vending machine placed on platform 5 of the main railway station has gone viral, after which the officials of Jabalpur Railway Division immediately investigated it. During investigation, it was found that the passengers going to Bihar from labor special broke food and water by breaking this machine placed on the platform. On the other hand, all four trains arrived on Friday from Pune, most of the passengers after landing here went to other cities with the help of bus. Several buses were already parked outside the station by the district administration.

The passengers who came to Jabalpur from the district administration were given food in the bus outside the station. Dindori 69, Jhabua 32, Morena 40, Burhanpur 5, Dindori 30, Sagar 117, Mandla 97, Katni 115, Tikamgarh 4, Balaghat 45, Chhindwara 25, Narsinghpur 11, Seoni 41, Umaria 37, Shahdol 13, Anuppur 14, Damoh 29, Chhatarpur 19 workers were sent by bus.
