Ranchi: The health of state government Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato is deteriorating day by day. Lung infection still persists. His oxygen level has been increased on Saturday at the suggestion of doctors from Medanta Gurgaon. They have again been placed on 100% high flow oxygen support. On the other hand, in view of the condition of Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato, CM Hemant Soren met Dr Vijay Mishra, Medica director, Medica Hospital on Saturday at his residence. He himself took information from doctors in connection with his health. After more than half an hour of meeting, Dr Vijay Mishra said that the CM has been briefed on the present condition of the Education Minister.
After a lot of thought, an expert doctor from Chennai has been summoned for his treatment. On Sunday, doctors from Apollo Chennai will come and review the health of Jagarnath Mahato. After seeing his serious condition, if there is a need to carry out better treatment, he will be sent out of air ambulances on ventilator support. If treatment is possible in Medica, he will return after giving directions to the doctors. On the other hand, the family members of Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato also met CM Hemant Soren on Saturday. The Chief Minister assured him of no shortage of treatment and better arrangement.

On Saturday, two specialist doctors from Medanta Gurgaon reviewed the health of the Education Minister admitted to Medica Hospital through video conferencing at the CM's initiative due to not improving the condition. Sources said, both the doctors of Medanta Gurgaon have also expressed their inability to treat him in view of his condition. Dr Pradeep Bhattacharya, head of critical care of RIMS who is treating him at Medica Hospital, said that there is no improvement in the health of the Education Minister.
