Necessary ingredients :

1 bunch coriander leaves
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
7-8 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 small bowl of jaggery
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon black salt

Method of preparation: First of all you have to finely chop green coriander and clean it with 2 to 3 water. After this, you have to peel the garlic and wash it and cut it into 2 pieces and put it with coriander. In this mixture, you have to add finely chopped green chilies, jaggery, asafoetida, and salt. Grind all the ingredients in a grinder. When all the ingredients are crushed, squeeze the lemon in it and serve it. You can eat this spicy chutney with hot paratha or with lentils and rice. This chutney will give warmth to your body during the winter season.
