Ranchi: Big news of this time has been heard from Ranchi regarding Lalu Prasad. A hearing has been deferred against Lalu Yadav in the case of jail manual violation. Now the next hearing of this case is going to be held on 22 January. On the royal Khidmat being received in the hospital, Lalu was going to have an important hearing in the Ranchi High Court on Friday. In the case of providing all the comforts to Lalu by keeping the jail manual on hold, the attitude of the court is becoming stricter. A hearing on this can be held in the High Court on 22 January.
The response to the government did not appear in front of the court: After the strictness of Hoicourt in the case of giving facilities to Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Jharkhand government was not able to answer. Actually, it was informed earlier in the court that the jail superintendent had not taken the decision to shift Lalu Prasad Yadav. After which the court had asked that when the jail superintendent had not decided to shift the convict Lalu Yadav to the bungalow, then on whose direction and who had taken this decision.
Question on Lalu's Sevadar also: The court had asked many more questions related to violation of jail manual in Lalu Yadav's case but the Jharkhand government's lawyers could not give any answer. The court had asked under which rule Lalu Prasad Yadav was given service in the hospital. The government had said that there is a provision to provide service in the jail. After this reply of the government, the court had asked that if a prisoner is being treated outside the jail, is he being called a serviceman. Is there a provision in the jail manual? The government could not give any answer to the court.
Court gave last chance: Ranchi High Court bench had expressed its displeasure at not getting the answer to most of the questions related to the court related to Lalu Yadav. After which the government asked for more time to respond. The court had given the last chance to reply to the government, the date of January 8 was fixed. The government was asked to come to court on January 8 with complete preparation. The Jharkhand government seems to be badly trapped in the case of providing comfort to Lalu Prasad Yadav, admitted in RIMS. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see what is going to happen in court today.
