Jaipur: Both BJP and Congress parties are engaged in a strategy to win the Jaipur Municipal Corporation elections in Rajasthan. As soon as the municipal corporation elections are over, the BJP has once again declared a delimitation. Union minister and Jaipur Municipal Corporation election coordinator Arjun Ram Meghwal accused him of violating the conditions in delimitation on Thursday. An important meeting was held at the BJP headquarters in Jaipur on the selection of candidates and electoral strategy led by Arjun Ram Meghwal. After the meeting, Arjun Ram Meghwal alleged that the State Congress government has violated the rules in the delimitation of wards in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Kota. Elections are being held this month for the restructured municipal corporations in these cities.

Meghwal has told reporters that "The state Government violated the norms and conditions issued by the State Election Commission while delimiting the wards. Continuing his point, he said that the BJP's base is strong in the cities and the Congress seemed difficult to make a municipal board, its government formed two municipal corporations in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Kota and violated the conditions in the delimitation of wards, but the BJP accepts the challenge. He said that all this is going to be done to get political gains. He said the BJP's agenda in the municipal bodies elections will be good governance".

Voting on October 29 and November 1: Elections in Jaipur Heritage, Jodhpur North, and Kota North Municipal Corporation are due on October 29, and elections for Jaipur Greater, Jodhpur South, and Kota South Municipal Corporation are due on November 1. Counting will be done on 3rd November.

Meghwal said the BJP is going to issue its vision paper for the corporation elections. It can also issue a charge sheet to highlight the failures of the state government. Attacking the government on the alleged deteriorating law and order of the state, Meghwal said that the cases of harassment of scheduled caste and atrocities in Rajasthan are increasing.
