Sara's yoga trainer Jane Phoenix has recently revealed this through social media. While keeping herself fit through yoga during pregnancy, her yoga trainer shared the good news of Sara becoming a mother as well as the first picture of her children. Sara wrote, "My beloved student Sarah was greeted by a lot of greetings," Sarah wrote, sharing a lovely photo of Sara and her twins.

Sara has recently given birth to two twins Ijah and Jeden in a cesarean manner, and Jane has revealed that Sara's experience shows that doing yoga during pregnancy helps a lot.
