Five novels from the Hollywood movie 'James Bond', gifted by British journalist and novelist Ian Fleming to his close friend and neighbor Noel Coward, are now going to be auctioned. All these books by Ian Fleming are of the first edition and also have his signature. According to estimates, its price can range from Rs 11,16,054 to Rs 186,00,90. These Bond novels and stories are considered to be on the top of the list of best-selling fictional stories to date. He has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide.

It is believed that Bond (novel) was born in his house 'GoldenEye' located in "Jamaica". Coward encouraged Fleming to write the novel. Fleming wrote 2,000 words from his experience and imagination in the beginning. Then a month later, he finished his book. Each of the novels put up for auction contains information about Fleming and Coward's friendship. However, this is the first time that James Bond novel is being auctioned. In August this year, James Bond's car Aston Martin was bought at auction for Rs 45.37 crore. Not only this, in Dr. No (1963), the white bikini that Ursula Andress wore was auctioned in 2001 for Rs 43 lakhs.
