Srinagar: Jammu administration has made special arrangements to ensure that people do not have any problem during the lockdown implemented throughout the country. The administration has set up a control room in the office of the Srinagar district commissioner so that people can know the problems faced by them during the lockdown. The administration has also issued several phone numbers for this.

The officials have said that the service will be available 24x7 for the people. If anyone is having any problem in getting the necessary items during a lockdown or there is any health-related problem, then they can call the control room and ask for help. The administration has released a total of five numbers, through which people can call the control room and tell their problems.

Srinagar District Commissioner Shahid Chaudhary has told that about 60-70 calls are received daily in 24x7 control room. He told that such control rooms have been set up in every district of Kashmir. The administration has also developed a website in which people can share the history of their foreign travel with the government.
