Srinagar: The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has come into controversies with one of his statements. His statement was about corrupt politicians and bureaucrats. In fact, Governor Satyapal Malik said during the inauguration of the 'Kargil Ladakh Tourism Festival-2019' at the 'Khari Sultan Cho Sports Stadium Kargil' at Kargil in Ladakh region that terrorists should kill corrupt politicians and bureaucrats instead of policemen.

"They asked the terrorists not to resort to violence.

He indirectly targeted the mainstream leaders and said that these leaders speak different languages in Delhi and speak something else in Kashmir. Governor Malik, however, has a long-standing relationship with the controversial statements. Malik suddenly made headlines in January this year when he said he was hurt when he was killed by a terrorist, which has only increased the achievement according to the police.
