New Delhi: Indian intelligence agencies have been alerted by Pakistan-based groups to form a new terrorist organisation. According to the information received, intelligence inputs have been received that a conspiracy is being hatched to create tension across the country by targeting Kashmir. In view of this, the ISI backed terrorist organisation has prepared a hit list of 200 people. The list includes Kashmiri pandits, leaders, media persons, industrialists to non-local people. It is also reported that it has also been decided that Kashmiris working with police, security forces, intelligence departments will have to be killed.

In fact, during the meeting between ISI officials and leaders of terror groups, non-Kashmiri people, people belonging to BJP and RSS were also selected as targets. According to the alert, the ISI had created a "hit-list" of 200 people who will be killed to create tension in the Valley. The list included media persons close to the Government of India and sources and informers of the security forces besides Indian agencies, several Kashmiri Pandits who were actively advocating the return of Pandits to Kashmir. The ISI and terror outfits are said to have gone ahead in helping terrorists who are not under the supervision of Indian security forces for the latest attacks and targeted killings.

The alert also informed that "to present it as an innate and completely indigenous activity," Kashmiris holding no record of crime, but sympathetic to extremism will be used. The alert also said that pistols and grenades are being smuggled through LC from Uri and Tangdhar to support these activities. In addition to all this, a new terror outfit has been formed which will take responsibility for the targeted killings and attacks to mislead Indian investigating agencies.
