Srinagar: In a groundbreaking development, Jammu and Kashmir administration has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Dubai for industrial parks, real estate development, multipurpose towers, IT towers, logistics, super speciality hospital, medical college and more, said Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday.
Sharing details before media people at Raj Bhawan here, the union minister for Commerce and Industries Piyush Goyal said the during his recent visit to Dubai, the king Sultan Ahmed expressed his desire to visits India especially Jammu & Kashmir to invest in real estate business. “I invited him and now the results are clear. We have signed an agreement (MOU) with Dubai for the real estate business in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
He added people from Dubai will now throng Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory will go a long way in Tourism and Real Estate business.
