The administration has given permission to open only food and beverage shops. The districts of Jammu, Samba and Kathua have been shifted from Orange Zone to Red Zone because of the lockdown, more than 40 thousand labourers, students and people trapped in neighbouring states have started returning to Jammu and Kashmir which can pose a risk of infection.
