According to the report, Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh has told that two IED bombs were planted on 20 January. These blasts took place on January 21 at an interval of 20 minutes. These IEDs were planted under a big conspiracy. 9 people were also injured in the first blast. After this, the security forces conducted a search operation after evacuating the entire area. Then there was a second blast. In such a situation, no one was harmed in this blast. While the second blast was very severe.
Dilbag Singh has informed that terrorist Arif has been arrested in this case. He is a resident of Reasi. Arif is a government teacher. He was associated with the handlers of Lashkar-e-Taiba across the border for the last 3 years. A perfume bomb has been recovered from terrorist Arif. For the first time, this type of perfume IED has been found.
