Pawan Kalyan has spoken to a TV channel at length.  When the interviewer asked him if he is acting as per Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's script (as alleged by Jagan), the Jana Sena president said that he is his own writer. "I am my own scriptwriter, I am my own director. Nobody needs to give any script to me.  These parties (TDP and YCP) don't want a third force to rise in the State.  That's why they are making similar allegations.  One says that I am secretly with the other party, the other one says pretty much the same thing.  How can both be true?" he asks.

When asked for inviting any actor for campaigning for him, he further said, “There may be actors who are more popular than me.  But I am not dependent on anybody's or my own stardom.  I am dependent on my own political ideology," the Jana Sena chief says.” He said. "Stardom is useful only to pull the crowds. Rest depends on your ability to speak, your political thinking, etc.  The speaker should have an awareness of issues," he added.
