Tokyo: "3 Idiots", directed by Rajkumar Hirani, was released over a decade ago and is still an evergreen film worldwide. The film was also released overseas in Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, and Japan. A theater in Osaka, Japan, was shutting down forever and they decided to show '3 Idiots' as its final film, which was Full House, proving that it is one of the most important and effective films which is liked by all over the world.

'3 Idiots' was released on 415 screens abroad and 1800 screens worldwide, which was a major release at the time. The film was well received and managed to have the biggest opening in the history of Indian cinema. The film was released in Japan in 2013 and the film continues to be houseful even today.

The film '3 Idiots' was released in Indian cinemas on 25 December 2009 with Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles and Sharman Joshi, R Madhavan and Boman Irani also appeared in the lead roles. Rajkumar Hirani directed this film.
