A Japanese company called ALI Technologies developed the XTURISMO flying bike, or hoverbike. It has a top speed of 100 kilometres per hour and can hover for about half an hour. The world's first practical hover bike, the XTURISMO Limited Edition, has been demonstrated in flight by ALI Technologies, a Japan-based company that has been developing flying bikes for some time.

From October 26, LI Technologies will begin taking reservations for the XTURISMO Limited Edition. Only 200 of these flying bikes will be produced by the company. The XTURISMO Limited Edition costs 77.7 million yen (roughly 5.10 crore), which includes taxes and insurance premiums. The XTURISMO Limited Edition flying bike was seen floating in the air with a roaring sound in front of the grandstand at the Fuji racing track during the demonstration on Tuesday. It was also seen drawing a figure of eight in the air while slowly swirling.

The XTURISMO hoverbike or flying bike is powered by an internal combustion engine that runs on petrol. By 2025, the company hopes to have a fully electric version of this flying bike on the market. The XTURISMO flying bike weighs around 300 kilogrammes. The flying bike has a length of 3.7 metres, a width of 2.4 metres, and a height of 1.5 metres. For the time being, it can only accommodate one pilot. The flying bike, according to the company, has a cruising time of 30 to 40 minutes. The hoverbike's top speed has yet to be revealed by the company, but it was seen clocking around 100 kmph during the demonstration.
