Jason Kilar, CEO of the American TV network Hulu, has been appointed as the new CEO of Warner Media. Jason will replace John Stankey. John will be the COO and President of AT&T. Jason has been taking over since May. The company will launch its new streaming service, HBO Max, next month.

According to Deadline, Jason was CEO of Hulu from 2013 to 2017. Apart from this, he held many big positions in the Amazon company from 1997 to 2006. He was also the co-founder and chief executive of the video streaming service Vessel.
