Javed Ali's name in India is counted among the list of best playback singers. He also sings playback in Hindi films like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada Bengali, Marathi. Javed Ali was born in Delhi in 1982. His father, Ustad Hamid, is an extremely mediated Qawwali singer. His singing career was started by Javed Ali from the film Beti No.1 in 2000.  He sang several songs in Hindi cinema, but he was recognized as one of the songs of the film Nakab in 2007. After the film, he sang Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Ray Starr's Jodha Akbar's song, "The Superhit". Both these songs included him in the list of famous playback singers of Hindi cinema.

If it were the work front, Javed Ali started his career as a judge of Zee TV's show Singing Based Reality Show Saragama Pale Champs. He has since appeared as a presenter in search of the Saregama Pa Chest star.
