This fast is celebrated for five days and it starts from July 3 this year.

Method of worship of Jaya Parvati Fast: Get up early in the morning on Jaya Parvati fast and take a bath after retiring from all work. Now take the resolution of the fast and remember Goddess Parvati. After this, install the idol of Shiva-Parvati in the temple of the house or in any clean place. Now offer Kumkum, Shatapatra, Kasturi, Ashtagandha, and flowers. After this, offer seasonal fruits, coconut, pomegranate, and other ingredients. After this, worship the Goddess. Now praise Goddess Parvati and then pray for happiness and good fortune while meditating on Goddess Parvati. After this, make the Brahmin get food and give Dakshina according to wish and take blessings by touching their feet.
