Lucknow: Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) national president Jayant Chaudhary made a big announcement on Monday. Jayant has written to all MLAs of his party to spend 35 per cent of their funds only on the basic amenities of Dalits. Not only this, but Jayant has also asked the MLAs to raise the issues of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes in the House with full force.

Jayant Chaudhary wrote the letter while addressing the legislature party leader. It has given instructions to all the mlas of the party. He said "We believe that unless the benefits of the government scheme reach the weaker-disadvantaged sections of the society, major social reforms and positive changes are not possible. It is for this purpose that I have thought that more than 35 per cent of the regional development fund of our party MLAs will be spent by all of you for the welfare of the Scheduled Castes in your area.

RLD chief Jayant Chaudhary further wrote, "I also want you, as the Chairman of the Legislature Party, to try and direct all the RLD MLAs to constantly raise the issues of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes in the House." Keep a close watch on the harassment that happens to them. Try to get them justice.
