Lucknow: Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) Chief Jayant Singh Chaudhary has made a big announcement after the crushing defeat in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Jayant Chaudhary has dissolved all the frontal organizations including the state, regional and district of RLD in UP with immediate effect. The RLD contested the assembly elections in alliance with the SP. The BJP alliance has won 273 seats in this election.
At the same time, Samajwadi Party (SP) has won 111 seats, RLD 8 and Subhasp 6 seats. In such a situation, after the defeat in the election, Jayant Chaudhary has announced the dissolution of all the units and executive committee of RLD. With this, the RLD has called a meeting of its legislature party on March 21. All the newly elected MLAs have been called to Lucknow in the meeting. This meeting will be held at RLD State Office. Jayant Chaudhary will preside over the meeting. On the other hand, SP has also called all the MLAs to Lucknow on March 21.
