For all the viewers, the newly launched online streaming platform ‘Planet Marathi OTT’ has released its anthem song. The anthem song was released on July 6 and has hit the right chord with all the major stars from the Marathi entertainment industry featuring in it. This exclusive anthem song called the ‘Planet Marathi Anthem’ will surely give goosebumps to the Marathi community all over the world.

The star-studded song has got celebrated names in it including Sharad Kelkar, Akshay Bardapurkar, Vikram Gokhale, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Amruta Khanvilkar, Sonalee Kulkarni, Siddharth Jadhav, Tejaswini Pandit, Pushkar Shrotri, Subodh Bhave, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Priya Bapat, Mrinal Kulkarni, Prajakta Mali, Sanjay Jadhav, Abhijit Panse, Prasad Oak, Jitendra Joshi, Adhinath Kothare, Urmila Kanetkar, Sonali Khare, Bhargavi Chirmule, Parna Pethe, Smita Tambe, Gayatri Datar, Abhijeet Khandkekar, Siddharth Menon, Bhagyashree Milind, Neha Shitole, Deepti Devi, Sandeep Pathak, Nikhil Chavan, Tejas Barve, Surbhi Hande, Suvrat Joshi, and Shivani Baokar.

Interestingly, the idea behind uniting all the Marathi film stars in the anthem song was strategized by Jayanti Wagdhare, AVP - Social Media at Planet Marathi OTT. The video song is a beautiful depiction of the language that shows the words starting from the letter ‘M’ in the Marathi language. The lyrics of the anthem song go like ‘Ma Maana cha, Ma Mahaante cha, Ma Manoranjan cha’ and the song goes on. Speaking about it, Jayanti said, “We wanted to highlight the song showing the essence of the language, and I believe that it has turned out to be a lovely track with all the who’s who from the Marathi cinema.”
