Patna: Contrary to Bihar's Nitish Kumar's claim of good governance, the criminals in Bihar are looking bright. What the common people say here, even the leader of the ruling party is not safe from criminals. The latest case is of Bhojpur district. In Badhara police station area, the miscreants shot dead the JDU leader while sleeping on Wednesday night. The reasons for the murder have not been known yet.
According to the police, Dharampal Ram alias Bhootnath Ram, a resident of Lohar Shripal village, was sleeping in his house on Wednesday night. Armed miscreants shot and killed him on the spot. The reasons for the murder have not been revealed so far. Police is currently investigating the case. The people of the area angry with the incident blocked the JDU leader's body on the road and blocked the road near Arahar-Barhra main road Lohar Sripal village.
People are demanding the arrest of the culprits and proper compensation to the family of the deceased. Senior officials are trying to convince the people by reaching the jam site. According to police officials, the police is investigating the entire case. Police claim that the culprits will be arrested soon.
