New Delhi: NTA has postponed JEE IIT entrance exam due to corona virus. The revised dates have not been announced at the moment. State that JEE Advance 2021 was scheduled to be held on June 3. The entrance exam has also been postponed as the main examination has not been conducted JEE. Tell us that there were to be four sessions of JEE Men this year, out of which only two have been held.
The official notice reads, "Keeping in view the current epidemic situation due to Covid-19, JEE (Advance) 2021, which was scheduled to be held on July 3, 2021 (Saturday), has been postponed. The revised date of examination will be announced at the appropriate time. This year, the number of JEE mains atampathas has also been doubled, providing relief to students due to corona infection. However, the second wave of epidemics has stopped examinations". NTA stated that the remaining two sessions of JEE Main, which were scheduled to take place in April and May respectively, have been postponed to further notice.
Although no final announcement has been made on the dates of the JEE Main examination, it can be held in June or August if reports are to be believed. JEE advance dates depend on JEE mains, as only those ranked in the top 2.5 lakh of JEE Mains are shortlisted to sit in JEE Advance.
