Dumka: Six naxals, including three women naxals, have surrendered with weapons in front of the police in Dumka district of Jharkhand on Monday listed in pricing money from one lakh to 5 lakh. Hardcore Maoists Premshali Devi, Kiran Todu, Priscilla Devi, Bhagat Singh Kisku, Sukhlal Dehri and Sidho Marandi today surrendered in front of Dumka Deputy Inspector General of Police Rajkumar Lakda in Santhal area.

Ramesh and other officials were also present during the visit. The reward for these dreaded naxals ranged from one lakh rupees to five lakh rupees. Four naxals have also handed over AK 47, INSAS, carbines and pistols to the police. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Inspector General of Police said that Maoists should come to the mainstream of the society and work.

He said, if the Surrender Maoists want, they can be shifted to the open jail in Hazaribagh. Two women naxalites Premshila and Kieran, who surrendered, have said that they have lived hellish lives and were also sexually assaulted several times while wandering in the forests for years. He appealed to all naxalites to surrender.
