Jharkhand: Explosion during illegal mining, 4 workers seriously injured

Latehar: The illegal mining is not stopping in even after the lakhs of attempts by the Latehar district police of Jharkhand. At the same time, stone mafias are stealing revenues worth lakhs of rupees per day. The case of illegal excrement came to light when four labourers were seriously injured in an explosion during an illegal ex-explosion in Manikdih village forest area under Manika police station area of Latehar district.

After the incident, the villagers were brought to Tumbagra Hospital late in the night where all the injured have been referred to Ranchi Rims for better treatment after first aid. Injured in the illegal mining blast include Jageser Singh, Nandev Uranav, Arun Uranov and Arjun Uranov. Also, all the injured are residents of Manikdih village in Manika police station area. According to the information received, illegal mining is done by Prayag Yadav of Manika police station area in this illegal mining game.

At the same time, their illegal crasser machine runs just 200 metres from the illegal mining site. On the other hand, Sunita Devi, wife of the injured, said, "We are labourers who work in search of bread and earn their livelihood. However, as soon as the incident was reported, the Manika police station is under investigation and is taking further action.
