The results for JAC (Jharkhand Academic Council) Board Class 10 were declared on Tuesday at 4 pm, on the official website of the JAC Board - jac.nic.in.
The results were released from the Namkum headquarters of the board. Arvind Kumar Singh, the Chairman of Jharkhand Academic Council informed that 4,28,389 students appeared for the class 10 board exams 2018, out of which a total of 2,54,830 students passed the examination. The success per cent of the Jharkhand for the year 2018 is 59.48%.
1 lakh students that are 23% of the total students who appeared for the examination are reported to have secured first division which hints towards the improvement in the quality of education in Jharkhand. 27% secured 2nd division while 9% secured 3rd division. The percentage of students who passed the examination has reduced, but the quality of performance and score of students has surely improved by the students of JAC Board.
