Ranchi: The havoc of corona infection is once again increasing in different states of the country. India has recorded 2,541 corona cases in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 30 people have died. The states have been instructed to strictly follow the Covid guidelines in view of the increase in the number of corona patients. In the same order, the Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand has also expressed concern about the school-going child.

Amid the corona infection, the Jharkhand government has directed the school administration to take precautions. However, Jharkhand had only 22 active cases till April 23. But these figures are raising concerns because a few days ago, there were single-digit cases in Jharkhand. Therefore, the government has issued a cautious alert. Congregational prayers, and cultural and sports events have been banned in all the schools in the state. Wearing masks has been made mandatory for teachers and students. At the same time, instructions have been given to conduct regular sanitization in schools.

Secretary of the Education and Literacy Department, Rajesh Sharma has issued a letter to all district education officers and district superintendents of education, asking them to ensure arrangements. He has mentioned in his letter that corona cases are continuously increasing in many states. Therefore, special precautions need to be taken. The education secretary has said that at the time of opening of schools, the SOP issued by the disaster management department has to be ensured to be strictly followed.
