Godda: Nowadays, crime cases are increasing day by day. Now, the case that has come up recently is from Godda in Jharkhand. A Sadhvi has been gang-raped in the Ashram. The police has now arrested an accused in the case. According to sources, the police said that the four accused had forcibly entered the ashram at Pathwara village late last Monday night. After that, on gunpoint, they took ascetics hostage.

According to information, 4 Sadhvis and a monk reside in the ashram at Ranidih in the Mufussil police station area. In this case, the police said, "The accused broke into the ashram wall at around 2.30 pm. They had weapons. There were three Sadhvis in one room and when the accused entered, two Sadhvi escaped somehow but one could not run away. The accused held her hostage in the room and carried out the gang rape of her repeatedly. The monk present in the Ashram protested, and the four beat him up badly.

The police have now arrested an accused after the victim complained to the police. On the issue, Superintendent of Police YS Ramesh said, "An accused arrested for rape, has a criminal history. More than half a dozen cases of Arms Act, assault are filed against him in various police stations of the district. He was out of jail on bail. He conspired with the history sheeters about the incident.
