Mumbai's Special CBI Court had reserved the verdict in Jiah Khan case after hearing the arguments of both the sides. But now news is coming that Sooraj Pancholi has been acquitted. Jiah was found dead on 3 June 2013 at her home in Mumbai. Her death shocked the industry.
After Jiah's death, her mother has also made serious allegations against Sooraj Pancholi. She said that Sooraj is responsible for Jiah's death. He was dating her daughter. It was he who forced Jiah to commit suicide. Although Sooraj had always called himself innocent.
Police found a 6-page letter after Jiah's death. In this, she had expressed her condition. She was dating Sooraj Pancholi. But this relationship gave her less happiness and more pain. Sooraj Pancholi was also arrested by the police on the basis of the letter of the actress. Who was later granted bail by the Bombay High Court. But the mother of the actress did not give up. When the court denied that Sooraj was an accused, then Rabia again filed an application in the court. The case went to the CBI. Rabia had also sought help from PM Modi.
