In the past three years, Reliance Jio has grown to over 323 million active users, causing users to face problems such as network congestion, slow internet and call drops. Jio has over the past three years overturned Airtel and Vodafone-Idea, becoming the country's largest telecom company in terms of subscribers. Jio users will soon be able to access voice calls and data through the Jio Wi-Fi zone, which will prevent congestion on mobile networks.

For your information, 4G VoLTE smartphone users will be able to make voice and data calling through the Jio Wi-Fi zone. With this software, Jio 4G mobile traffic can be enabled through the nearby Jio Wi-Fi Zone. Being off-loading enabled, the area can get rid of the problem of network congestion.

Looking at previous reports from TRAI, Reliance Jio is adding 25 million new users every quarter every year. According to the ET report, the software has been developed in view of the increasing number of users. Jio is set to build 1.5 million Wi-Fi zones or hot-spots across the country in the coming time. It will be installed on housing complexes, stadiums, schools, colleges, public parks, bus stops, government buildings, etc. With the installation of this Wi-Fi zone or hot-spot, users will be able to connect to both mobile network and Internet telephony services. However, there is no official information available from the company at this time.
