Lucknow: Political rhetoric on the Dharma Sansad in Haridwar, Uttarakhand is at its peak. Opposition parties have been continuously attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Hindus over controversial statements by saints. In the same vein, Jitendra Narayan Tyagi (formerly Wasim Rizvi) has said through a video that "Such a Dharma Sansad will be held all over India. We will not surrender to the jihadists.''

In the video, Tyagi says, "What has happened to the Dharm Sansad in Haridwar has created unrest in the entire Muslim countries. Naseeruddin Shah is inciting jihad to 200 million Muslims in India and Asaduddin Owaisi is trying to set the country on fire. There is an atmosphere of restlessness in Pakistan over the Haridwar Dharma Sansad. But it is also affecting the DGP of Uttarakhand. Every day, one or the other saint is being nominated in the name of Dharma Sansad.'' Jitendra Narayan Tyagi also attacked the DGP for registering a case against the saints involved in the Dharma Sansad by Uttarakhand police.

He said, "Why did these secular people who opposed the Dharm Sansad stop their tongues when, being Hindus in Kashmir, radical Muslims were raping Hindus homeless and their sisters and daughters. In the Dharm Sansad, we have talked about self-defence. Nobody has talked about the murder. Such a Dharm Sansad will be held all over India. Hindus will be made aware of their rights. We will not surrender to jihadists.''
