Srinagar: As part of the bi-annual ‘Darbar Move’, under which the Jammu and Kashmir government functions for six months each in the twin capitals, in Srinagar & Jammu, all offices reopened in Srinagar today. The offices were closed in Jammu on Saturday.

After marking attendance on Darbar, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in her press address said,  “Our soldiers and children are being killed. Stones are in hands of poor, guns also are in hands of poor(security forces) only. We've to find a middle ground to save them,”

Her statement came as 5 civilians killed in clashes with security forces following encounter of 5 terrorists in Shopian yesterday.

National Conference (NC) leader Omar Abdullah on Monday condemned JK Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti over her "hollow" tweet on the violence in the state, and asserted that her brother Tassaduq Mufti was more honest than her in voicing opinion on the circumstances.

In a bid of the Pulwama encounter, Mufti had called for unity among the people and alleged that "violence is no solution to the issues that plague us".

Responding her tweet, the former chief minister said, "Your tweet has a hollow ring to it. At least your brother was more honest than you. This blood is the price Kashmiris are paying for you to remain CM & for PDP & BJP to remain "partners in crime".
