This advertisement appeals to people to become vegetarian and help eliminate racism.

According to media reports, this advertisement has come out in response to the criticisms that Phoenix faced due to an advertisement by Amul Butter. Amul is famous for its unique advertising campaigns and in this context, it produced an advertisement in which Joaquin is seen enjoying Amul Butter celebrating his Oscar win. Joaquin's vegetarian lifestyle is the reason for the advertisement's controversy.

PETA India had sent a letter to AAS Sodhi, Managing Director of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation, in which Amul was requested to produce milk from plantations. Joaquin, who has been eating vegetarian food for the last 3 years, said, "We look at the world with the eyes of other animals, we have to realize that we are all equal from the inside and therefore we all live a life free from suffering." Recently Phoenix joined a campaign for the US against wool, in which he was wearing a Vegan suit, which read: "I don't like ruthlessness."
