Renowned Singer, Demi Lovato was recently reported of a drug overdose and was rushed to a nearby hospital. Her 28 years old ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, post knowing about it, expressed his concern regarding the same.  The singer asserted, “Like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi. #prayfordemi.”

Reports said that Demi was found lying unconscious in her house on the Hollywood Hills.

As per the information provided by Demi’s representative, she is alright and is with her family. Her family members have expressed their gratitude towards everyone who prayed for her. He affirmed  “Demi is awake and with her family who wants to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers, and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy.”

According to the reports provided, the singer had been an addict of alcohol, cocaine, and Oxycontin for a long time. She also released a song, the previous year to express her helplessness towards her addiction to Alcohol. Joe Jonas had dated the 25 years old singer when she was in her darkest period of drug abuse. He was dating her even when she was taken to a rehabilitation center, for the first time in life.

When Joe made a declaration regarding her engagement to Sophie Turner, Demi gladly replied to her Instagram post as, “Huge congrats!!!!! Sooooo happy for the both of you!!!!”
