Depp has given his response to the charge of kicking his wife in a private jet. He said this time that he may have been drunk blackout but he has never been a violent person, especially with women. He has denied the charge of kicking outright. According to sources, Depp was jealous that his wife was working in a film with American actor James Franco. On the charge of slapping the ex-wife, Depp said that he has never done this.

After this, he apologized for this behavior in court. Depp admitted to taking Roxicodone but denied outright that he was addicted to any other drug.
