Vijay, The Blockbuster actor of Tollywood is celebrating his birthday today. He is getting lots of wishes from his friends, and family and fans but his special day is entangled in lots of crticism on his upcoming movie ?Sarkar?. The row started with Anbumani Ramadoss?s tweet in which he wrote ?Shame on Actor Vijay for promoting Smoking in this first look of his next movie.#ActResponsibly #DoNotPromoteSmoking?. The movie is considering as most awaited one. The actor has given lots of hits in his whole career.

1. Mersal (2017)

It was a blockbuster and further results as a fifth-highest grossing film in Tamil and highest-grossing film of Vijay. His acting was highly appreciable in this movie where he played the role of a magician and who tried to uncover the corruption that is going on in the medical industry.

2. Bairavaa (2017)

After release, the commercial hit runs for 50 days in theatre. In this Bairavaa who is a debt collection agent helps a girl with whom he fell in love to bring down the villain who is impersonating as a philanthropist but in a real sense, he is a criminal.

3. Theri (2016)

The action-drama-thriller was the highest-grossing of 2016. He portrayed a Father whose past is hidden and have lots of things that he never wants to reveal which was uncovered until the end of the movie. He tried to save his daughter from a gang and lived a happy life ahead.

4. Kaththi (2014)

The A.R. Murugadoss directorial won 62nd Filmfare Awards South for Best Film. Later, it was also remade as ?Khaidi No. 150? with Telugu Chiranjeevi under the direction of V. V. Vinayak. Here, Vijay played a double role with the name Kathiresan who was an escaped prisoner and was helping Jeeva(his mirror image).

5. Thuppakki (2012)

After Sivaji (2007) and Enthiran (2010), this movie emerged as the third Tamil movie to make an entry in 1 billion (US$16 million) club. It collected praises from critics and termed as actor?s biggest commercial. The movie came out as Akshay Kumar?s one of the biggest hit when it was remade as Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty in 2014. The story well-known story starts with the common Army man?s life try to deactivate the sleeper cell in India with his other friends.

In 1992 when the actor made debut in lead role with his father?s directorial, his father said: ?I leave the future of my son Vijay in your (the audience) hands. You all have showered myself and Shoba with love. We hope that our son gets the same love and warm welcome as well.?
